Create User As Active (CCA_036)
The Add User page now has a tick box allowing the user to be created as active. This is set unchecked initially when the page is shown.
Practice Name In Application Tool Bar (CCA_037)
The practice name that is currently logged into is shown in full in the top right of the application toolbar.

Deleting Patient Template (CCA_066)
Deleting a patient template caused the application to crash
